1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VibeCord ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VibeCord is a platform that enables users to create, deploy, and manage Discord bots through natural language conversations. The Service includes AI-powered code generation, hosting, and management tools for Discord bots.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account using Discord OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Create bots that violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
  • Engage in spamming, harassment, or any form of abuse
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Collect user data without proper consent
  • Impersonate other users, bots, or organizations
  • Circumvent rate limits or abuse the Service infrastructure
  • Create bots for illegal purposes or to facilitate illegal activities

5. Subscription and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the bot configurations and customizations you create. The underlying platform, AI models, templates, and Service infrastructure remain the property of VibeCord. Generated code is licensed for your use in connection with the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your bots will be stopped and your data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeCord shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
