What is Voxel Game?

Voxel Game is Vibeforge’s “prompt → runnable world” workflow for Minecraft-like sandbox experiences. The important part is not infinite creativity—it’s reliability: prompt → runnable session → join proof.

You get a hosted session you can share with friends, plus a tight iteration loop to refine the experience.

“Minecraft-like”, with your own twist

When we say “Minecraft-like”, we mean the parts people love: blocky worlds, exploration, building, crafting, progression, co-op, and (optionally) PvP. Vibeforge’s goal is to help you create your own version of that loop—your own vibe, rules, pacing, and progression.

If you’re inspired by games like Minecraft or Hytale, think of Voxel Game as a way to rapidly prototype a playable voxel world with a custom twist—without starting from zero.

How it works (prompt → runnable session)

  1. Describe the vibe + the “first 5 minutes” (what players do immediately).
  2. Generate + deploy a coherent world pack (rules, progression, assets) and start a session.
  3. Join + iterate with real players, then tweak one change at a time.

Prompt template (copy/paste)

Generate a voxel world with:

Theme: <cozy survival / sky islands / dungeon crawler / etc>
Core gameplay loop (first 5 minutes): <what players do immediately>
Progression: <how players get stronger / unlock tools>
Economy/crafting: <optional>
Difficulty: <chill / normal / hardcore>
Co-op vs PvP: <co-op / light PvP / full PvP>

Rules:
- No griefing tools by default
- Clear spawn area with signposting/tutorial
- Keep the world “learnable” (avoid too many mechanics at once)

Definition of done:
- Two friends can join and understand what to do in 60 seconds
- Progression is visible within 10 minutes
- There is a safe “reset” or rollback plan for the host

What you get after you generate

  • Join instructions: host + port details you can share with friends.
  • A stable baseline: a coherent world pack you can iterate on safely.
  • Change-focused iteration: tweak one aspect (rules, progression, loot) and keep the session runnable.

  • Co-op survival: light crafting, base building, and roaming threats.
  • Sky-islands progression: resource scarcity + automated farms as milestones.
  • Dungeon loop: repeatable runs, loot tiers, and a simple upgrade tree.

Beta timeline (January 2026)

We’re targeting a January 2026 beta for Voxel Game. The early rollout is intentionally limited: we want to make sure join flows are smooth and that generated packs are stable and fun before scaling access.
